I am a wife, a mother, an auntie and a friend. I love thrifting, garage sales, re-purposing, creating, painting, anything that makes our little rental home more welcoming, comfortable and cozy. I have discovered the "art" of amateur photography & I love the idea of capturing the beauty in the ordinary everyday things that surround us. Blogging is a wonderful way to make new friends and share with people who have the same interests. My personal taste in decorating leans towards "casual cottage/coastal decor". Frugal Frenchie's Friday Finds!

Today was a low key thrifting day. Only checked out two thrift stores...just found a few little things.

A small watercolor print titled "BC ROCKS",
numbered and signed by the artist Darryl Albert of Vancouver Island for the hefty amount of $2
 A pretty little frame with sea shell and starfish details 2$

A lovely monogrammed handkerchief for 50 cents (new in pkg)
(for my niece Adele)
2 pretty embroidered handkerchiefs with crochet trim for 10 cents each (new).
A sand dollar for a dollar.
I also found a skirt and three summer tops, all for $3 each.

So, all in all, not bad, but not as fruitful as my usual Friday treasure hunts!
